ENERGY REQUALIFICATION
– EPBD GREEN HOUSES

Following the approval of the new EPBD Green Houses European directive and the new standards on eco-sustainability, it is now essential to design, build, and maintain houses that reduce environmental impact, improve energy efficiency, and promote health and well-being of their occupants.
To this end, Eurastudio focuses on the use of sustainable materials, on the minimization of energy and resource consumption, and on the integration of renewable technologies, offering public and private entities services such as:
Sustainable Eco-Design: Sustainable architecture aims at conceiving projects that are in harmony with the surrounding natural environment, using passive design principles to maximize the use of natural light and to promote adequate ventilation. Particular attention is paid to the choice of eco-friendly construction materials with low environmental impact
Energy Efficiency: Services focused on optimizing energy consumption through thermal insulation, high-efficiency windows and heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems that reduce energy losses. The objective is to minimize the energy needs of the building and, consequently, reduce energy costs for the occupants
Renewable Energy: Integration of solutions for the production of renewable energy, such as photovoltaic solar panels, solar thermal collectors, heat pumps and domestic wind systems, to make homes self-sufficient from an energy point of view or even capable of producing more energy than consumed
Water Management: Implementation of advanced systems for the collection and reuse of rainwater, grey water purification and recycling systems and water saving solutions, such as low-flow taps and efficient toilets, to reduce drinking water consumption
Indoor Air Quality and Well-Being: Design of ventilation systems that guarantee constant air exchange and filtering to remove pollutants and allergens, improving their quality. The use of materials with low emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOC) further contributes to creating a healthier internal environment
Integration of Smart Technologies: Using home automation systems to monitor and control the indoor environment, including lighting, temperature, air quality, and energy consumption. These systems allow us to optimize the use of resources and improve the comfort of the occupants
Sustainability Assessment and Certification: Support in assessing the sustainability of the building through internationally recognized metrics, such as LEED, BREEAM or Passivhaus, and assistance in the certification process, which can increase the value of the estate and demonstrate commitment to sustainable practices
CUSTOMERS: Public bodies and private companies
