Feasibility Analysis: Preliminary assessments regarding the technical and economic feasibility of a project, including a first assumption of the energy consumption reduction
Ex ante and Ex post Certification: Energy audit and related certification by an authorized EGE, which is carried out before and after the project intervention to improve energy performance. Ex ante, by verifying the reduction in energy consumption based on the planned investment; ex post, by verifying the actual execution of the investment which resulted in the expected energy efficiency
Technical Design: Definition of the technical specifications of the photovoltaic and/or geothermal system. The system components are selected based on their efficiency, cost, and compatibility
Economic and Financial Analysis: During this activity, the investment costs, expected cash flows, and profitability of the project are evaluated. Analysis of possible financing and tax incentives and calculation of the return on investment (ROI) and payback time
Architectural and Engineering Design: This detailed phase includes the creation of technical drawings and the definition of all construction details. Plans are drawn up for the installation, connection to the electricity grid, and monitoring and control systems
Acquisition of Permits: Before starting any work, it is necessary to obtain all permits required by the local authorities. This may include approval of the project by the relevant local authorities and verification of compliance with safety and environmental regulations
Construction Supervision: At this stage, it is ensured that the system is installed correctly to guarantee the result expected in the design phase
Testing and Commissioning: After installation, the system is tested to verify its functionality according to specifications. We test the system’s safety and availability, and we proceed with the official commissioning
Monitoring and Maintenance: Once operational, the system is continuously monitored to ensure it maintains optimal performance. Regular maintenance helps to prevent failures and prolong the lifespan of the system
